I recently bought this shampoo for the first time and used it to bathe both of my dogs. I noticed their coats felt drier immediately after using, though the smell is pleasant. Within a hours both dogs were itching more than usual. It caused an allergic reaction with one dog and she has never had any skin issues before. She has a rash all over her underside which we’ve had to treat. I’m disappointed, especially after spending $20 on the bottle.

I have been using Skout’s Honor Proboitic Shampoo for years and not only does it smell great (I love Dog of the Woods and have loved the Evergreen seasonal scent) but it makes my Labradoodles feel so soft! Their skin is noticeably more nourished and their coats are just so much more fluffy and soft than any shampoo I’ve ever used on any of my dogs over the years. I would recommend this shampoo to anyone who loves their furbabies!!

Loved the Dog in Wood fragrance, loved! Lathers beautifully and rinsed easy. Coats shiny. I just wished bigger sizes. I used half a bottle on two Australian Sheperds.
