Delivery times are determined by two factors: order processing time and shipping transit time. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, but we typically begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Orders placed outside of business hours may not begin processing until the next business day. 

Business days are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Items may be refunded for the original purchase price (minus the shipping fee) or replaced within 60 days of purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. No need to send the item back, we ask that you donate the item to your local animal rescue or shelter. Products Purchased From a US Retail Partner:
If a Skout's Honor product was purchased from one of our US retail partners, the retailer will assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit. To process a return, our retail partners will need proof of purchase along with the original item. Please contact the retailer for further details about their unique return and exchange policy. Skout’s Honor does not issue refunds but we are happy to issue a replacement product if you’re located within the United States, on a case-by-case basis.
