We provide professional grooming services and were frustrated to find that you discontinued the gallon size option for our favorite shampoo. I recently bought this shampoo for the first time and used it to bathe both of my dogs. I noticed their coats felt drier immediately after using, though the smell is pleasant. Within a hours both dogs were itching more than usual. It caused an allergic reaction with one dog and she has never had any skin issues before. She has a rash all over her underside which we’ve had to treat. I’m disappointed, especially after spending $20 on the bottle.
