If I could give zero starts I would. This shampoo is horrible, thought it would have been amazing but can’t be farther from the truth. This product gave my dog horrible hotspots that caused us $450 at the vet. Very unhappy with this product!! Steer clear!!

After two usages of the first bottle I bought, the sprayer would no longer work. Since it is so expensive and I like it, I used a different bottle. I ran out and bought a new one, it stopped working too.
Sadly, I will not be buying anymore. Pet supply store told me they have had numerous complaints regarding this issue. Sorry this might seem silly, but for the price, product should work properly.

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with the spray pump! In some cases, there may be too much air built up inside the trigger tube. We recommend removing the trigger and running hot water through the tube and over the trigger. This will help to free up the tube of any clogging. It's also recommended to release the trigger completely in between pumps. If the coil inside the trigger cannot reset, then it may cause the trigger to stop working. If these suggestions don't do the trick, we'd be happy to send replacements directly from our warehouse! Please reply to this email. Keep us posted!
