CONTIGUOUS U.S.:

STANDARD SHIPPING (4.6lbs to 8.99lbs): $7.50
STANDARD SHIPPING (9lbs and up): $11.50
STANDARD SHIPPING (Spend $50 or more): FREE*

Note: Not all products can be shipped to Canada. These products will be labeled with "This product does not ship to Canada" on the product page and will need to be removed from the cart in order to finish checkout.

Delivery times are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Order processing time is 1-2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday 9AM - 5PM PST, excluding United States federal holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii typically take longer for transit time. Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery.

Skout's Honor will determine the most efficient method of delivery based on your shipping address.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is limited to the continental United States and Canada. The good news  – products are available on Amazon and Chewy.com.

Order processing time is 1-2 business days.

Standard delivery times vary based on location, but are usually completed within 4-6 business days.

We do not offer expedited shipping methods at this time.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent when your order is shipped, including a shipment tracking number.

Return/Cancellation Policy
We are committed to providing life-changing pet essentials so that you and your pet can live your best lives together! Skout’s Honor offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our policy below so that we can best assist you. 

Products Purchased from the Skout's Honor Website:
Items may be refunded (minus the shipping fee) or replaced within 60 days of purchase. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. No need to send the item back, we ask that you donate the item to your local animal rescue or shelter. For further assistance, please contact ordersupport@skoutshonor.com with your order number and item details.

Please note: Order changes or cancellations are subject to a $10.00 restocking fee.

Products Purchased From a US Retail Partner:
If a Skout's Honor product was purchased from one of our US retail partners, the retailer will assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit. To process a return, our retail partners will need proof of purchase along with the original item. Please contact the retailer for further details about their unique return and exchange policy. Skout’s Honor does not issue refunds but we are happy to issue a replacement product if you’re located within the United States, on a case-by-case basis. For further assistance, please contact ordersupport@skoutshonor.com.

Products Purchased From an International Retail Partner:
If a Skout's Honor product was purchased from one of our international retail partners, the retailer will be happy to assist you with a refund, exchange, or store credit. Skout’s Honor does not issue refunds or ship replacements internationally. To process a return, our retail partners will need proof of purchase along with the original item. Please contact the retailer for further details about their unique return and exchange policy.  

Credit Card Policy

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Please note, we will seek to obtain an immediate authorization from your card issuer to reserve funds for your purchase.
